PrincipleMunicipal wastewater treatment is mainly treated by the sludge method. Biochemical sludge usually as a highly hydrophilic colloid, and is difficult to remove the water contained in it . But you can solve this problem easily when using PAM products. It can promote the  aggregation and sedimentation of suspended particles to achieve separation and clarification.


Methods:

1. Selecting the best model and dosage through testing.(TIPS: Whether it is municipal wastewater treatment or other, be sure to choose the right model. Otherwise it is useless);

2. Formulating WELLDONE PAM products as an aqueous solution of 0.1-0.3% concentration, salt-neutral water is appropriate;

3. Using clean water to dissolve PAM products, not sewage. When dissolving the water, sprinkle PAM products into the stirred water evenly.

4.The use site needs to have dissolution tanks and stirring devices. The stirring speed is 60-200 revolutions/min. The equipment should avoid iron products, because iron ions will cause PAM products degradation.

5. The stirring time is 40-60 minutes, the dissolved aqueous PAM solution should be colorless viscous liquid.
