How to choose polyacrylamide for different pH of water

Generally, the drinking water in our lives has a pH of 7, which
is a neutral water quality. If the PH is higher than 7, the water quality is
alkaline. And less than 7 is called acidic water quality. So we are using
polyacrylamide to treat such quality of water, how do we choose the type?
Here our polyacrylamide manufacturer will tell you that polyacrylamide is divided into anionic polyacrylamide, cationic polyacrylamide and nonionic polyacrylamide. When it comes to water in the effective PH range, the usual situation is as follows:
1. The PH value is between 5-14, using anionic polyacrylamide;
2. The PH value is between 1-8, using non-ionic polyacrylamide;
3. The PH value is between 7-14, using cationic polyacrylamide.
When we use polyacrylamide,
we must recognize the acid-base neutrality of the water quality for it to have
a good effect. Of course there is also the use of polyacrylamide by adjusting
the pH value, which is also very good, but it is a bit of a hassle.
